Payment

Please proceed with the payment within 3 days. If we didn’t receive any payment from you, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping and Delivery

We are using POS LAJU Malaysia and mylittlekidz appointed courier service company. The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. Actual delivery is provided by third parties outside of our control. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. 

Customs and Import Charges

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. The rules relating to customs charges vary from country to country. We do not have any control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be accommodated.  We only accept returns if the return is a result of our error like incorrect item or defective item sent. Kindly email us with within 2 days receipt of parcel include your Order Number, Product Code and affix the photo of the defected item. For your protection we recommend you to use a recorded-delivery service as we will NOT take responsibility for loss or damage to item sent back to us. When a return is lost or stolen in transit, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return. We will exchange or refund to you within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.

We will not entertain any return parcel without our prior notice or awareness. Make sure that the returned goods are unused, cleaned, altered or damaged and retain the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

Product Availability

We only display products that have stock so your order is shipped as soon as possible. Most of our products are run out very quickly, so order while the stock lasts!

Pricing

Prices displayed on the mylittlekidz website are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit. Non-Malaysian currency figures are approximations based on exchange rate. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Colours and Prints

Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colours shown in the pictures might slightly difference to the actual products. Please kindly understand this.

Size Chart

The size chart provides a general guideline for reference only. A detail measurement will be given for each item under product details. Please check the measurement for each item before you place your order to avoid any inconvenient. Once you placed your order and we delivered, we considered it final.
