We regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be accommodated. We only accept returns if the return is a result of our error like incorrect item or defective item sent. Kindly email us with within 2 days receipt of parcel include your Order Number, Product Code and affix the photo of the defected item. For your protection we recommend you to use a recorded-delivery service as we will NOT take responsibility for loss or damage to item sent back to us. When a return is lost or stolen in transit, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return. We will exchange or refund to you within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.
We will not entertain any return parcel without our prior notice or awareness. Make sure that the returned goods are unused, cleaned, altered or damaged and retain the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
